Central to this effort was the repurposing of the offshore Stabroek Block’s Liza Phase 1 and 2 Projects, as a critical offshore hub enabling the redirection of natural gas from deepwater reservoirs to a new integrated natural gas liquid (NGL) plant and a 300 MW combined cycle power plant via a 200 km subsea pipeline.
