Denver-based Tallgrass said last week it completed anchor shipper agreements for a new pipeline that will transport natural gas from multiple points in the Permian Basin to the Rockies Express pipeline and other points of delivery. ArcLight Capital Partners has finalized the acquisition of a 25% equity interest in the Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL) from Brookfield Infrastructure, bringing ArcLight’s total ownership in the system to 62.5%.
